When I'm not photographing or with my family, I get lost in pop- impressionism oil paintings. Check out some of my work here.
For every couple who planned and then re-planned their 2020/2021 weddings, we stand with you! All jokes aside, after ***** 19 foiled their original wedding plans, Meenah and Brian opted to elope in Vegas. When things settled down, their plans for a Simple National Aviary Reception in Pittsburgh were full speed ahead! It was the perfect excuse for friends and family to join them for the party they were all ready to have! 🙂
I love getting to know my clients on a personal level, and I got the chance to meet Meenah and Brian when I traveled to New York City for their Brooklyn engagement session in January of 2020. Jaime and Preston joined me for the trip and we all had a wonderful time! The bride is a budding photographer herself who especially loves animals, birds and dogs to be exact. She is also a VERY talented pottery maker. Brian, the dashing groom, is from the ‘burgh and was proud to show off all the city has to offer.
Often times, when a couple decides on a more simple weddings celebration, they may not think a day of coordinator is necessary. As out of towners, this couple opted to lean on the expertise of Shayla Hawkins Events to make sure their destination wedding logistics went off without a hitch. A day of coordinator helps you book vendors, confirms all important details, builds a bullet proof wedding timeline, and guides you along the way as you plan from a distance! Their simple National Aviary reception went off without a hitch.
It was truly such a fun day! Congrats and many happy wishes to you both!
