When I'm not photographing or with my family, I get lost in pop- impressionism oil paintings. Check out some of my work here.
Maria and Ken are a super fun, super chill and super family oriented couple! I love that they focus on the things that mattered to THEM, and let the other things go. One smart decision they made was hiring E and Em Event – their team is highly professional and Emily has a stunning eye for event design! I also LOVE their florals, created by May Chester Design. When I delivered their preview photos, this is what Maria sent back to me:
These are absolutely incredible and i love each one more than the next. My dad said based on the preview he would like a photo album of “every single photo” “cost is unimportant” “do you think it will look weird if i carry it around with me?”
Thank you for dealing with my crazy family all day. We all absolutely adore you. You made this day so special!
– Maria

What was your inspiration behind your Sheraton Station Square Wedding? “Classy stoners” was what i originally said to Emily. I hate the stereotype that people who smoke weed are lazy or stupid or tasteless. I wanted to show that a 4/20 wedding could be timeless, tasteful, AND fun.
Advice to share with brides planning now? I would say before every major decision really ask yourself “is this what i want?” and then honestly follow your heart.
How did you and your spouse meet?We met through our mutual friend Kyra on my birthday in Newport News, Virginia, where we currently live with our two sassy cats Zazu and Zorro (our built in besties and namesakes to our signature drinks)
Proposal Details! How did it happen? 🙂Kenny proposed to me on his birthday in Pittsburgh, surrounded by my family. He put the ring on his birthday cake which I thought was the sweetest gesture- sharing his big day with me
What was your favorite memory from your big day?Seeing Kenny was essential. I was really a nervous wreck before the wedding so I wouldn’t have survived without a first look. Seeing the flower table in person also took my breath away! May is incredible
