McConnell’s Mills Sunset Engagement Session
Every so often, there comes along a bride who is willing to wait for exactly what she wants. Okay, I’d say ALL my brides do this! Gabriella is not an exception. We planned several dates for her engagement session but she REALLY wanted a sunset (aka no clouds, aka, not typical Pittsburgh weather) for her and Matt’s engagement session. FINALLY the perfect evening was upon us. I’m so glad she didn’t settle — these soft romantic sunset photos speak for themselves. Can’t wait for the wedding!!
Favorite Memory About Your Engagement:
My favorite memory about engagement was feeling like we were on Cloud 9! We went to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for our anniversary, and we were about to go to a wine tasting, when Matt took me into a pretty library and proposed. I was so surprised and felt so loved. We celebrated with lots of wine and champagne! It was the best day ever 🙂
Why Did You Choose Your Engagement Location? What Makes It Special to You?
We chose a McConnell’s Mills sunset engagement session. We saw some of Dray’s previous shoots there, and fell in love with the scenery. Matt is from West Virginia, and loves the outdoors, so he was all for it. Since our wedding is in downtown Pittsburgh, we thought a rural engagement session would be a perfect mix.
