When I'm not photographing or with my family, I get lost in pop- impressionism oil paintings. Check out some of my work here.
Ever since Father of the Bride debuted, my wife wanted to have an at home wedding. The way Frank (the wedding planner) transformed their simple but lovely home into a glam and gorgeous wedding reception location is something she will ALWAYS love and remember. Fast forward to 2020 when couples getting married were forced into making some of the best wedding moves of all time! This couple took is over the top with the help of their wedding planner (Nicole from Exhale Events) and transformed the family home of the bride into the most breathtaking luxe intimate home wedding of all time. Be sure to read all the tips and tricks the bride shares while you ohhh and ahhh over their immaculate details. Enjoy!
What is your inspiration behind your luxe intimate home wedding day? We want to have an intimate party with great food and great music. We want to incorporate both David’s southern background and my Syrian background.
Advice to share with brides planning now? If you’re unable to make a decision yourself – you can definitely rely on your wedding planner and other vendors to help you out! They are incredibly experienced and have probably done this a few times! Being able to trust your vendors really takes a load of your back and allows you to enjoy the process and the final outcome!
How did you and your spouse meet? David and I met at an optometry school interview in Philadelphia! We both (independently) decided not to go to that school and ended up in Boston instead. We started dating during our second year and have been together ever since.
Proposal Details! How did it happen? 🙂 After a few failed attempts, David proposed at my apartment in Charlotte! He hid a little wrapped present underneath my little Christmas tree!
What was your favorite memory from your luxe Intimate Home Wedding? We really enjoyed watching our friends meet each other. We are surrounded by wonderful people and it was awesome to see them all together. I also really enjoyed having the cocktail hour at my parents house. It was comfortable and intimate.
