Erie Bayfront Center Wedding

Alexis and Connor ordered perfect weather for their Erie Bayfront Center Wedding — and that is what they got! These college sweethearts planned an Erie wedding from the windy city of Chicago. I am always excited to work at a new venue and there are bonus points for a new city! When I arrived at the Erie Bayfront Convention Center hotel to take ‘getting ready’ photos, the mood in the room was pure excitement! Alexa and her bridesmaids all glowed with anticipation.

After their Catholic ceremony at St Patrick’s, everyone headed over to the Erie Bayfront Convention Center for cocktail hours while we took the chance to take bridal party portraits and some special photos of the bride and groom together!

The Erie Bayfront Convention center can hold quite a crowd, this wedding had about 250 guests! It still feels warm and intimate with tables assembled in a pleasing way, and florals decorating the beautiful space. The absolute highlight of this venue is its location right on Lake Erie — you can not ask for a more picturesque location for golden hour photos! Check out some examples below.
